Last day to film/practice for your Macbeth Scene Presentations. You will be marked individually and as a group, using the Assessment of Multimedia Projects Rubric (see  the Home page). Remember to bring your Macbeth Quotations booklet to class tomorrow so you can fill in the quotes for Acts 3-5. You will have a multiple-choice test on the quotations on Tuesday, November 8th.

To get ready for your debates, we will be working on persuasive writing in English and Social Studies classes. Meanwhile, you should be filming your Macbeth Scene Presentations tomorrow, and we will discuss when we will present them to the class. Make sure to keep filling in your Quotations Worksheet! Each group will be responsible for explaining the quotes from their scene to the rest of the class.

We had a rain-free and warm day for the field trip, and had few difficulties with the travel and schedule, though most would have preferred more sleep! The walking tour assignment is now due and we will be asking you to share them this week.

Edit and rewrite the compare/contrast paragraph, paying attention to comments and adding quotes as examples. See the information posted under English/Essay Writing.

Remember that there is a homework check for Act 2 Quotes Friday, October 14.
